Enn is an experienced leader and entrepreneur who has, among other ventures, co-founded and led Põhjala, the largest craft beer operation in the Baltic States, which exports more than half of its production to 40 countries worldwide and operates successful bars and restaurants. In addition to manufacturing and hospitality, Enn is also well-versed in trade, marketing, and communications, having worked for over 10 years in leadership positions for various segments of the Kaubamaja Group, Estonia’s largest retail operation. Enn’s strengths are his ability to notice details without losing sight of the big picture, his entrepreneurial “can do” mentality, and his ability to manage complex development projects.
